Full Stack hands-on Team Lead - Hybrid - 5+y Node.js - Petach Tikva

We are hiring a hands-on Full Stack Team Leader to guide and mentor a small, multidisciplinary team while actively contributing as a FULLSTACK developer. It must be someone who has already served as a team leader and understands what it entails.

Job description:

• Lead and mentor 24 developers (DevOps, backend, WordPress, Flutter, React, Angular)
• Design, build, and maintain robust FULLSTACK solutions using Node.js as a core language
• Work across .NET, PHP, or similar backend technologies
• Develop frontends with React and Angular
• Deploy apps in Azure, using Azure App Services, Azure Functions, DevOps pipelines
• Handle CI/CD, scaling, and secure deployments
• Collaborate with QA, product, and stakeholders
• Troubleshoot and resolve full-stack technical issues
• Foster shared goals and technical alignment across rotating team compositions
  
  

• 5+ years in Node.js server-side development must
• Experience with React and Angular must
• Practical experience in .NET, PHP, or similar must
• Experience with Azure services, CI/CD must
• Azure B2C advantage
• Leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills
