We're hiring a BI Systems Analysis Team Lead for a role that blends cross-organizational impact, strategic leadership, and hands-on tech work – in a place where every process, query, and decision truly matters.

📍Location: Tel Aviv | Hybrid model

🎯What will your day look like?

* Lead a team of BI systems analysts – both professionally and personally

* Manage strategic, high-impact projects and processes

* Define business requirements and collaborate closely with analysts, developers, and infrastructure teams

* Develop methodologies and oversee tasks and deliverables

✅ Requirements:

* 2+ years of experience leading a BI Systems Analysis team

* 4+ years of experience as a BI systems analyst in a large organization

* Strong command of SQL, DWH, and ETL processes

* Experience with BI tools (Qlik / Power BI)

* Advantage: familiarity with Kafka/NiFi, Jira, Monday

* Experience managing complex, cross-functional tech projects

* Bonus: experience leading hybrid teams (systems analysts & back-end developers)

* Relevant academic degree – required
