Software Engineer

We are building a high-performing platform team to help our data scientists move fast, safety and at scale. We're looking for a hands-on Software Engineer-AI Productivity to cooperate in a multidisciplinary team consisting of data engineering, DevOps, and MLOps professionals. What you'll do:

As an ML Productivity Engineer, you'll focus on developing internal tooling and infrastructure to significantly enhance the software engineering practices and productivity of our Data Science team. For example, you will :

• Design and implement high-level solutions and workflows to improve code quality, modularity, and maintainability.
• Develop systems and tools that automate and streamline development processes.
• Mentor data scientists on software engineering best practices and principles.
• Collaborate with data engineers, DevOps, and Data Scientists to identify and resolve productivity challenges.

Who You are:

• Strong software engineering skills, with 3 + years of experience in Python (including profiling, async, optimizations, etc.,).
• Experience designing and implementing scalable system architectures, with the ability to reason about system design trade-offs and their impacts on productivity and maintainability.
• Experience with software architecture, clean coding principles, and best engineering practices.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to mentor and educate technical teams.
• Proactive problem silver focused on continuous improvement and efficiency.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with ML and Data Science workflows or tooling (e.g., Airflow , MLflow).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD practices.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Previous experience developing internal productivity tools or platforms.
