Territory Sales Manager – USA

Volta Belting is expanding, and we’re looking for a motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our U.S. team.

If you’re passionate about industrial sales, understand conveyor belting systems, and thrive on building strong relationships with distributors, OEMs, and end users — we’d love to hear from you.

🛠️ What You’ll Do

▪️ Drive sales in a defined geographical region

▪️ Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts

▪️ Provide technical product support to partners and customers

▪️ Travel to customers and trade shows (up to 50%)

▪️ Collaborate with global teams to deliver tailored solutions

🎯 What We’re Looking For

▪️ 5+ years of experience in industrial or belting sales

▪️ Strong mechanical systems understanding and product knowledge

▪️ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

▪️ Based in the U.S., with flexibility to travel
