Odem Applications is growing – and we're looking for a strategic, sharp-minded *Senior Business Development Manager* to join our leadership team.

This is a key role at the heart of our expansion efforts, combining strategic thinking, relationship-building, and hands-on execution in both domestic and international markets.

*What you'll be doing:*

🔹 Leading the company’s business development strategy

🔹 Identifying growth opportunities and strategic partnerships

🔹 Managing negotiations with partners, customers, and suppliers

🔹 Collaborating with executive management, sales, marketing, and operations

🔹 Driving go-to-market plans and supporting cross-organizational initiatives

*What we're looking for:*

✔ Proven experience (7+ years) in business development, preferably in tech/industrial sectors

✔ Strategic mindset with strong commercial orientation

✔ Fluent English – verbal and written

✔ Strong presentation and communication skills

✔ Bachelor's degree – mandatory | MBA – a plus
