G-Med is a global digital health platform connecting millions of verified physicians from 160+ countries. We partner with leading pharmaceutical companies and agencies to deliver highly targeted, data-driven campaigns that engage healthcare professionals in meaningful ways. We re expanding and looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team.

What You ll Do

Act as the main point of contact for clients from onboarding to campaign wrap-up
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and expectations across internal and external stakeholders
Prepare client-facing presentations, post-campaign reports, and performance insights
Maintain clear communication with clients regarding progress, results, and optimization opportunities
Set up, monitor, and optimize display ad campaigns via Google Ad Manager (DFP) Manage inventory and pacing to ensure full campaign delivery

What We re Looking For

1+ years of experience in digital advertising, account management, or ad operations
Proven hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager (DFP)
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills (English native or bilingual)
High attention to detail, multitasking, and organizational abilities
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and web-based collaboration tools
