We're hiring a Full-Stack Team Lead for one of our best clients - hybrid position
The mission
- Lead and mentor a small full-stack squad.
- Set architecture and ship production code in React, Node.js, and modern TypeScript.
- Build responsive micro-frontends, APIs, and data layers (PostgreSQL + Redis).
- Keep cloud-native CI/CD pipelines humming (Docker / K8s).
- Collaborate with product, design, and business teams across time zones.
- Drive code quality, testing culture, and team growth.
Must-have profile
- 6 + years full-stack experience, 1 + year tech/team leadership.
- Deep React, Node.js, TypeScript expertise.
- Solid grasp of scalable web architecture, SQL, and caching.
- Hands-on with containers and automated CI/CD.
- Keen eye for UX and clean design.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. in CS or related field.
Nice-to-haves
Fintech, trading, blockchain/tokenization, OSS contributions, tech blogging.
