About the Role:

We're looking for a hands-on Team Lead to manage a team of 5 Full Stack developers.

This is a unique and niche infrastructure-focused team working on frontend foundations that also function as backend layers — not traditional product-facing frontend development.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of 5 developers
• Stay hands-on (50% of the time)
• Own core infrastructure components used across the company
• Collaborate closely with engineering leadership and other teams
• Tech Stack: React, Node.js, TypeScript, Webpack, Nx, AWS, Kafka, MongoDB, Redis

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a leadership role – must
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in Frontend or Full-Stack development – must
• 4+ years of experience with React.js – must
• Relevant academic degree from a university or top-tier college – advantage
• Experience with Node.js, TypeScript, Webpack, Nx, AWS, Kafka, MongoDB, and Redis – advantage
