This is a full-time onsite role for a Help Desk Technician located in Rosh HaAyin. The Help Desk Technician will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting desktop computers, offering Help Desk support, and performing computer repairs on-site.

• Desktop Computers and Computer Repair skills
• Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
• Experience in Help Desk Support
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) are a plus
