E-commerce Operations Manager JB-4335

We are looking for an E-commerce Operations Manager to lead the daily operations of our digital store from end to end, and manage strategic e-commerce projects - including launching loyalty programs, managing customer clubs, subscription programs, and more.

Responsibilities:

Ongoing management and operation of the Shopify e-commerce site

Leading projects such as Loyalty Club, subscription program, implementing new tools

Ongoing work with the marketing, development, customer service, and operations departments

Performance analysis and recommending improvements (Conversion rate, AOV, LTV, etc.)

Managing product catalogs, inventories, product descriptions, and user experience

Resolving technical issues with development teams/suppliers

Responsible for CRO, A/B testing, and analytics interfaces

Synchronizing e-commerce activities with marketing campaigns

3+ years of experience in managing an e-commerce store

Experience in leading digital projects in the D2C/B2C field

Introduction to Shopify – a significant advantage

In-depth understanding of the worlds of CRO, UX, and Analytics

Technological orientation and ability to manage multiple interfaces

Strategic thinking along with high execution ability

Very high level of English (speaking, writing, reading)

Additional advantages:

Experience in building customer clubs or loyalty programs

Experience with tools such as Klaviyo, GA4, Hotjar, Triple Whale

Background in digital marketing – a significant advantage"
