We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst who’s excited to turn data into decisions and insights into action. In this role, you’ll have a direct hand in shaping how we measure success, prioritize our roadmap, and grow the business. You won’t just be supporting decisions - you’ll help drive them. What Will You Do?

• Own end-to-end analytical initiatives that inform strategic decisions across the company - from product performance to go-to-market strategy.
• Collaborate with the R&D teams to build robust tools that enable our business teams to make data-driven decisions and enhance our products.
• Conduct comprehensive analysis of product performance to identify insights, uncover bottlenecks, and discover growth opportunities.
• Develop interactive data applications and visualizations using tools like Tableau and Retool, to support sales and customer success efforts.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to the product and R&D teams, assisting in better decision-making processes regarding features and roadmap development.
• Partner with the Data Science team to help operationalize ML models and monitor their impact on product KPIs.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment with diverse customer use cases.
• Strong proficiency in querying databases using SQL to extract and manipulate data effectively.
• Solid foundation in statistics, including A/B testing, confidence intervals, regression analysis, and statistical significance
• Experience with data analysis in scripting environments such as Python or R (advantageous).
• Familiarity with dbt and hands-on experience in building ETL pipelines - advantageous.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools like Tableau or PowerBI - advantageous.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking, and detail-oriented mindset.
