Who we seek:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Specialist (Student, Part-Time position) to join our HR team.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of day-to-day HR processes.
This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on HR experience in a fast-paced, global environment while continuing your academic journey.
What you’ll do:
- Own and manage the HRIS (HiBob): Maintain accurate employee records, update data, troubleshoot issues, and support reporting needs.
- Support employee life cycle processes: onboarding, offboarding, promotions, and employee changes.
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance across systems and documentation.
- Collaborate with HR team members on day-to-day operational needs.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.
- Help improve and automate HR processes and workflows.
- Take on ad hoc projects: Tackle various projects as they arise, contributing to the growth and development of the People function and the company at large.
What you'll bring:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program (2nd year or above) in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- Previous experience in an operational or administrative role.
- Analytical mindset – comfortable working with data, identifying trends, and supporting data-driven decisions.
- Strong attention to detail and a love for working with systems and processes.
- Excellent English skills – both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
- Availability to work from our Tel Aviv office at least twice a week.
- Familiarity with HiBob - Advantage
