Job Overview:
As our new Senior Product Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind defining and executing the strategy for a range of GreenRoad products. You’ll be working across multiple teams, collaborating, innovating, and making data-driven decisions to help take our products to the next level. You’ll also be in touch with customers and stakeholders to make sure we’re always moving in the right direction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy & Innovation: You’ll be a mastermind behind the product strategy, crafting the roadmap and executing on it across GreenRoad’s diverse product portfolio. Balance keeping things fresh and innovative with staying grounded in the day-to-day hustle.
- Customer Focus: You’ll spend time talking to customers, gathering insights, and spotting new opportunities. At the same time, you’ll work with our internal teams to make sure feedback and market trends are always shaping our products.
- Collaboration: You’re a team player at heart, working closely with product, engineering, design, marketing, and sales to make sure our products launch successfully and make an impact.
- User Experience: You’ll be the ultimate advocate for user experience. You’ll ensure that everything we create is intuitive, accessible, and just works in the best possible way.
- Leadership: Lead projects across multiple teams, driving initiatives and ensuring everything aligns with the bigger picture. You’ll lead by influence, not authority.
- Continuous Improvement: Always be on the lookout for ways to improve. Whether it's refining processes, boosting efficiency, or elevating the product quality – you're all about the better way.
- Data-Driven: Make decisions with data at the core. Use performance metrics, user data, and analytics to steer the ship and evaluate product success.
- Cross-Functional Communication: Keep everyone in the loop! You’ll ensure clear communication between teams so everyone is aligned on product goals, timelines, and milestones.
- Problem-Solving: Uncertainty doesn’t scare you – you’ll thrive in fast-paced, ever-changing environments and find creative ways to solve complex challenges, while staying focused on the big picture.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: You’ve got at least 10 years of product management experience and a proven track record of managing complex, multi-disciplinary products that make a difference.
- Strategic Mindset: You can think big picture while staying laser-focused on the details, aligning product strategies with business objectives.
- Multi-tasking Pro: Juggling multiple projects is your jam. You manage deadlines and standards like a pro.
- Collaboration Wizard: You thrive when working cross-functionally – from engineering to design to marketing, you know how to get teams on the same page and moving forward together.
- Innovation Enthusiast: You live and breathe product innovation. You’re always thinking about what’s next and how to make things better, faster, and smarter.
- Detail-Oriented: Your organizational skills are on point. You’re a structured, detail-oriented planner who can juggle product requirements, features, and roadmaps like a boss.
- Data-Driven Decision Maker: You let the data do the talking. You’re great at analyzing performance metrics and user data to make informed decisions that optimize outcomes.
- Customer-Centric: You know that delivering an excellent user experience is everything. You keep the customer at the heart of every decision you make.
- Top-notch Communicator: You can communicate product vision, strategy, and updates in a clear, concise, and persuasive way – whether in writing or speaking.
- Language: Your English is flawless, both written and spoken.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with location-based services, geospatial data, and mapping solutions.
- Experience in auto-tech or the automotive industry.
- ·Engineering background or technical proficiency, with the ability to work closely with engineering teams to define and deliver technical solutions.
- Native English speaker.
