We are looking for an incredible Customer Success Manager to lead and manage our Brand’s onboarding to the Cymbio platform. You will be the key point of contact for our Brands & Retailers and own the relationship once they become clients. You will work closely with the Operations Teams to ensure the continued growth of the brand.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the onboarding of brands to the Cymbio platform, ensuring a swift and efficient process in collaboration with the implementation team.
- Account management of our Brands & Retailers to ensure they are provided full support from all internal teams for their day-to-day operations to run smoothly
- Develop strong relationships with brands and retailers act as a trusted advisor to each client
- Analyze and identify opportunities within existing businesses and for new business opportunities
- Be the go-to resource for any questions regarding our platform and services, and provide training as needed
- Address and resolve any issues in a timely fashion, both directly with clients and with internal teams
- Work internally to provide feedback on our platform and service offering based on client feedback
- Oversee contract re-negotiations and coordinate payment follow-ups in collaboration with the Accounts Receivable (AR) team.
- 2-4 years of experience in Customer Success for SaaS companies
- Sales/Retail experience
- Technical background and understanding of project management methodologies
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Knowledge in the US &/or EU retail & brand market - Advantage
- Analytical and data-driven
- A problem solver who works well in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to prioritize workload and meet tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English - written and verbal, native speaker level is mandatory
