SodaStream: Procurement Compliance & Administration (Temporary and Part-time)

We’re looking for a talented Procurement Coordinator to join our Procurement team at SodaStream HQ in Kfar Saba. This is a temporary position supporting procurement operations and compliance activities. If you’re detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about making a difference - we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities (English)

• Support Procurement activities in collaboration with procurement managers & buyers:
• Provide administrative support across the Procurement department
• Manage supplier onboarding and updates
• Create and track purchase orders, follow up with suppliers
• Upload procurement agreements into the contract system
• Support compliance activities in collaboration with Internal Audit and PepsiCo:
• Perform monthly controls
• Assist with risk assessments for non-IT vendors
• Support TPDD process for existing suppliers
• Help map gaps between SodaStream and PepsiCo procedures
• Support the HRDD process
  

• Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing one
• High-level English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Proficiency in Excel - mandatory
• Analytical thinking - strong advantage
• Experience in an industrial/global company - strong advantage
• Team player with the ability to work independently
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Excellent service orientation
• This is a Temporary and a Part-time role, 3-4 days of work, for 6 months, with an option
