SDR – B2B Sales & Partner-Facing Role (Entry-Level | Netanya Office)
We’re Israel’s leading provider of smart payment processing solutions for businesses—serving companies of all sizes, from large enterprises to SOHO. Our platform combines EMV terminals, online checkout, and secure credit solutions (3D Secure), helping clients streamline financial operations quickly and securely.
We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team in Netanya. This is a hybrid role that blends inbound B2B sales with Israeli Hebrew Speaking Only clients onboarding and partner follow-up. It's ideal for someone looking to take their first or second step in sales, or pivot into fintech and business payments.
an entry-level SDR (Inbound Sales Development Representative) in B2B payments and fintech:
🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesInbound B2B Sales
- Handle warm leads from businesses across Israel via phone, email, Zoom, and WhatsApp.
- Understand each client’s payment needs and recommend the right combination of POS devices and online processing tools.
- Lead the sales cycle from first contact to close and onboarding.
Partner Referred Leads
- Engage with prospects referred by web developers, CRM providers, and other partners.
- Provide clear technical and business consultation based on our payment products.
Growth & Upsell
- Identify upsell opportunities, offer full-stack solutions, and increase monthly volume per customer.
- Collaborate with our team on campaigns, follow-ups, and performance optimization.
✅ Prior experience in sales or service (advantage – not required)
✅ Comfort working in a fast-paced office sales environment
✅ Tech-savvy and interested in payment systems and financial tech
✅ Excellent communication (written and verbal)
✅ High energy, coachable, and eager to grow in B2B selling
✅ Fluent Hebrew speaker – native or near-native (clients are all local)
🔹 Compensation & Growth Path💰 Structured Base + Commission Plan:
- First 3 months: Guaranteed base salary of ₪10,000
- From month 4: Minimum total compensation (base + commission): ₪14,000
- Month 6 onward: ₪15,000–₪16,000 average (based on past team benchmarks)
📈 Growth Path:
- Option to grow into Partner Manager or 10% Field Sales Executive within 9–12 months
🏢 Prime location – 3-minute walk from Netanya Sapir train station
👥 Tight-knit B2B sales team of 8 reps, aged 25–50
🎓 Full training program – no prior fintech experience needed

- This is an office-based position in Netanya. Remote work is not available.
