Moonshot Marketing LTD is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Data Analyst to join our fast-growing in-app team. This is a critical role focused on driving campaign optimization, supply-demand analytics, and fraud detection in a complex, high-scale ad-tech environment.

We’re looking for someone proactive, precise, and curious – an analyst who thrives in a fast-moving environment and is excited to support strategic decisions through data. You’ll be a key partner to the VP of Business Development and have real ownership over one of Moonshot’s fastest-growing activities.

• 3+ years of experience as a data analyst, with strong focus on ad-tech and programmatic media.
• Deep understanding of the mobile advertising ecosystem (DSPs, SSPs, MMPs, postbacks, etc.).
• Advanced SQL skills and solid Python experience for data analysis.
• Proven ability to work independently and own the full data lifecycle within a specific business unit.
• Experience building dashboards and visualizations (Looker, Quicksight, etc.).
• Strong business orientation – ability to translate data into strategy.
• Excellent communication skills in English (native level required).

🎯What You’ll Do?

• Own all data operations within the in-app team – including daily health checks, reporting, and analysis.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to support the ongoing activity, i.e QBRs, executive meetings, and industry events.
• Manage simple integrations such as postback implementation and onboarding of affiliate partners.
• Conduct commercial research, including competitive landscape analysis and app benchmarking.
• Write complex SQL queries and apply Python-based analysis to extract business-critical insights.
• Support internal decision-making through campaign performance analysis, supply/demand balance, and fraud detection signals.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders across business development, marketing, and operations.

Tech Stack & Tools

• You will work with tools including Snowflake, Looker, Quicksight, Salesforce, all major MMPs (e.g., Appsflyer, Adjust), and affiliate platforms.
