Procurement Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team at our industrial Defense company in Herzliya.

Key Responsibilities:

Support procurement buyers in advancing purchasing projects and tasks

Monitor and track purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery

Update ERP systems with order statuses and generate progress reports

Oversee and manage supply timelines, including delays and rescheduling

Issue purchase orders as needed

Maintain strong, service-oriented communication with internal stakeholders and external suppliers

Coordinate invoice processing and ensure alignment between procurement and finance

Requirements:

Proven experience in a procurement support role within a manufacturing or industrial environment

Hands-on experience with ERP systems and data analysis

Solid understanding of procurement workflows and terminology

Strong organizational and communication skills

Service-minded, proactive, and a team player
