SpeakCare is an early-stage, digital health startup on a mission to enhance care-givers with AI assistant tools. Our product, already piloted in facilities in the US, includes several AI technologies including LLMs, proprietary AI algorithms and it integrates with the leading electronic medical records applications. With our product, care-givers can focus on what they were signed for - healing patients.

We are now building our first team with first developers and researchers to scale our solution across healthcare organizations.

What you’ll do

• Solve, develop, deliver - bring the magic to care-givers
• Design and build cloud-native services (AWS CDK, Serverless, NoSQL/SQL, event pipelines).
• Use LLMs, RAG, and Agentic frameworks to turn unstructured text into accurate, structured clinical data.
• Integrate with third-party Electronic Medical Records.
• Establish engineering best practices, automated tests, and DevSecOps pipelines.
• Collaborate daily with founders, data scientists, product, and pilot customers.

Must-have qualifications

• 3+ years building production SaaS or infrastructure back-ends (Python/Node/Go/Java).
• Hands-on experience deploying ML/LLM/RAG/Agentic solutions at scale (e.g., LangChain, Haystack, custom fine-tunes).
• Working knowledge of modern front-end frameworks (React/TypeScript or similar).
• Strong problem-solving ability, excellent written & verbal communication.
• Comfort switching contexts in a small, fast-moving team; self-directed yet collaborative.
• Strong references from previous employers.

Nice-to-haves

• Security & DevSecOps (IaC scanning, least-privilege IAM, HIPAA, SOC-2 readiness).
• Healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7 etc.).
