Data Scientist

A profitable and successful company in the Data domain has developed AI-based technology and advanced algorithms that help app owners reach the most relevant audiences by predicting user interest in real time and analyzing data at massive scale.

The company is based in Tel Aviv, near a train station, operates on a hybrid model with two work-from-home days per week, and has 75 employees.

The Role Includes-

• End-to-end development of ML models, combining both research and engineering aspects
• Playing a central role in model development, prototyping, validation, deployment, and productization
• Working collaboratively within a team of ML engineers and data scientists
• Analyzing complex datasets and identifying meaningful patterns
• Performing feature engineering and data cleaning to support high-quality modeling
• Conducting interdisciplinary research and collaborating with product managers and engineering teams
• Working with a tech stack that includes Python, NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and SQL

Requirements-

• 3 years of experience as a Data Scientist
• Proven hands-on experience with Machine Learning (ML)
• Experience deploying models to production environments
• Proficiency in Python
• Experience with at least one of the following: NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch (PyTorch preferred)
• B.Sc. or higher in a technical field from a recognized university (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics)
