A global company specializing in system integration, turnkey assemblies, and the production of multidisciplinary systems—mainly for the defense industry—is seeking a highly capable Sales and Business Development Manager, reporting directly to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead marketing, sales, and business development activities with a focus on defense and optics sectors
• Manage commercial relationships with clients and global partners (vendors/manufacturers)
• Prepare and submit pricing proposals and participate in client tenders
• Initiate and manage new projects, ensuring coordination with supply chain and customer service teams
• Maintain configuration control, establish items in internal systems, and produce client reports
• Retain key clients and drive business growth
• Coordinate internal company activities and handle exception reports

Requirements:

• Proven ability to lead cross-organizational activities
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• High-level English proficiency (spoken and written)
• Strong sales capabilities and understanding of client needs
• Technical background (academic and/or practical), preferably with experience in the defense sector
• High service orientation and team player
• Strong sense of responsibility and independent work ethic
• Commercial intuition and strategic mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
