At Nisha Group, we’re hiring on behalf of one of our valued clients – a fast-growing tech company (name confidential).

We’re looking for a results-oriented PPC Campaign Manager with strong experience in digital advertising and a proven ability to manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and Bing. This role will support both B2B and B2C funnels, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive performance and scale.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Bing.
• Own full-funnel paid strategy and execution for B2B and B2C audiences.
• Analyze campaign data using Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, and internal tools.
• Set up accurate tracking (UTM, conversion events, audience segmentation).
• Collaborate with content/design teams to develop high-converting creatives and landing pages.
• Conduct A/B testing on ads, messaging, and audience segments.
• Support and optimize affiliate marketing efforts and manage partner performance.
• Deliver weekly/monthly campaign reports with actionable insights.
• Stay ahead of industry trends in performance marketing and affiliate growth.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience managing PPC campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, Bing).
• Background in SaaS or tech marketing preferred.
• Strong hands-on skills with HubSpot and Salesforce for tracking and reporting.
• Experience with both B2B and B2C performance marketing.
• Understanding of affiliate marketing channels and partner management.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and drive results with minimal oversight.
