At Nisha Group, we’re hiring on behalf of one of our valued clients – a fast-growing tech company (name confidential).

We’re looking for a results-oriented PPC Campaign Manager with strong experience in digital advertising and a proven ability to manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and Bing. This role will support both B2B and B2C funnels, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive performance and scale.

What You’ll Do

Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Bing.
Own full-funnel paid strategy and execution for B2B and B2C audiences.
Analyze campaign data using Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, and internal tools.
Set up accurate tracking (UTM, conversion events, audience segmentation).
Collaborate with content/design teams to develop high-converting creatives and landing pages.
Conduct A/B testing on ads, messaging, and audience segments.
Support and optimize affiliate marketing efforts and manage partner performance.
Deliver weekly/monthly campaign reports with actionable insights.
Stay ahead of industry trends in performance marketing and affiliate growth.

What You Bring

3+ years of experience managing PPC campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, Bing).
Background in SaaS or tech marketing preferred.
Strong hands-on skills with HubSpot and Salesforce for tracking and reporting.
Experience with both B2B and B2C performance marketing.
Understanding of affiliate marketing channels and partner management.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and drive results with minimal oversight.
