We're Hiring: Head of Projects & Partnerships

Location: Near Netanya | Full-Time

A leading telecommunications company located near Netanya is seeking a highly motivated and operationally oriented Head of Projects & Partnerships to lead strategic marketing efforts, develop business collaborations, and oversee nationwide reseller activities in the domains of Prepaid, Travel SIM, and private-sector distribution.

Responsibilities:

• Lead marketing initiatives across Prepaid, Travel SIM, and third-party reseller channels
• Manage marketing operations in collaboration with internal Marcom and external advertising agencies
• Independently handle graphic design tasks, modify existing materials, and manage digital assets and social media influencers
• Identify and establish new business partnerships and collaborations
• Develop annual work plans, perform market analysis, prepare reports, and manage the marketing budget
• Drive internal and field project execution
• Implement and monitor operational workflows, ensure sales quality and professionalism
• Supervise field visibility and branding for points of sale and booths across the country
• Lead integrated marketing communications across ATL and BTL channels

Requirements:

• Strong operational orientation – mandatory
• Experience in marketing and advertising – mandatory
• Valid driver’s license – mandatory
• Proficiency in Canva – significant advantage
• Field operations experience – significant advantage
• Sales or reseller experience – significant advantage
• Familiarity with relevant telecom products – advantage
