Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a User Experience (UX) Designer. The UX Designer will be responsible for conducting user research, applying design thinking methodologies, creating visual designs, and developing prototypes. Day-to-day tasks will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, translating user needs into design solutions, evaluating design performance, and iterating on feedback to improve user experiences.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Design Thinking and User Research
Proficiency in Visual Design and User Experience (UX) principles
Experience with Prototyping tools and techniques
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or related field
