✨Your Impact
- Manage a dynamic and complex calendar, balancing internal meetings, extensive customer engagements, and global travel with minimal friction.
- Prepare detailed customer-specific briefing documents, agendas, event logistics overviews, and post-meeting analysis reports, capturing insights and next steps.
- Drive proactive meeting preparation by collecting customer intelligence, aligning pre-read materials, and ensuring executive context ahead of high-stakes discussions, particularly with external stakeholders.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align on priorities and gather inputs for meetings, communications, and deliverables, especially those involving external parties.
- Coordinate and track key action items from leadership and customer meetings, ensuring follow-through across multiple stakeholders.
- Own all travel coordination, including domestic and international trips, while flexing across time zones as needed.
- Submit accurate expense reports and manage administrative processes efficiently.
- Support team communications, presentations, and content development, including materials for external events or customer meetings.
- Exercise discretion and sound judgment when handling sensitive information and executive-level decisions.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and take on additional duties as needed.
- Maintain a long-term view of calendars and projects, proactively flagging conflicts and helping prioritize what’s most critical.
- Gather and analyze data on customer interactions and event outcomes to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
✨Your Experience
- 3-4 years of experience supporting senior leaders or executives, ideally in tech and customer-facing roles
- Proven ability to manage calendars, travel, and meetings across global time zones
- Experience preparing materials and providing support for external meetings and high-stakes engagements
- Excellent communication skills, professionalism, sound judgment, proactive, positive, and assertive
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, spreadsheets, Salesforce, Slack, AI platforms and expense/travel platforms
- A positive, can-do approach — someone who moves quickly, thoughtfully, and with discretion
- Bonus: Experience in cybersecurity or SaaS; comfort supporting leaders with high external visibility

- Experience supporting a highly visible, externally-facing leader (e.g., CTO, CRO, CPO).
- Ability to manage competing priorities and adjust quickly as situations evolve.
- Customer-obsessed mindset with a service-driven approach to executive support.
- Ability to influence without authority—confident managing up and communicating across senior levels of the organization.
- Sharp business judgment—can distinguish what requires escalation versus what can be independently solved.
- Keen understanding of cybersecurity or SaaS business models (or a strong aptitude for learning technical subject matter quickly).
- Experience in relationship management with external clients/partners.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and customer data analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to represent executives professionally in external settings
