About the position:
We're looking for an energetic, organized, and people-focused Employee Experience & Office Manager to join Oasis and take ownership of all things related to office operations and employee-facing experiences.
In this role, you'll ensure our office is functional, well-maintained, and welcoming, while also driving initiatives that foster engagement, connection, and wellbeing across the company. You'll be the go-to person for everything from creating a great day-to-day atmosphere to planning meaningful moments in the employee lifecycle.
You'll work closely with HR, Operations, and cross-functional teams to shape a workplace where people feel connected, supported, and inspired to do their best work.

You'll be the mastermind behind everything fun and impactful — from happy hours and company events to onboarding, offboarding, birthdays, and beyond. You'll also support office budgeting, maintain tracking via Excel, and craft clear, engaging presentations to support planning and internal communication.
What you'll be doing:
Employee Experience
- Maintain a productive, welcoming, and fun work environment.
- Plan and execute our quarterly employee experience plan—aligned with budget and culture goals.
- Organize ongoing engagement initiatives: happy hours, holiday celebrations, team offsites, volunteer days, cross-site bonding activities, and more.
- Own swag projects for company milestones, team celebrations and more.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute internal events, celebrations, and team-building activities.
- Support company-wide employee experience initiatives in collaboration with the HR.
- Take part in cross-functional projects that support Oasis's culture and employee engagement strategy.
- Own and manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and well-maintained work environment.
- Manage all aspects of our Israeli office: supplies, equipment, vendors, maintenance, and other related tasks.
- Be our go-to person on-site: for employees, visitors, and vendors. You'll manage relationships with suppliers, cleaning crews, and anyone else who helps keep the space awesome.
- Work closely with HR, finance, and IT to support process execution and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Support day-to-day company operations including travel coordination, expense tracking, internal documentation, etc.
- Lead the logistical side of onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure consistent and professional experiences for all IL employees.
- 4+ years of experience in office management, employee experience roles ideally in a startup or tech environment.
- Comfortable working with budgets, managing spreadsheets in Excel, and building clear, engaging presentations to support internal communications and planning.
- A proactive mindset, with the ability to take initiative and work independently and love finding ways to make things better.
- A passion for creating meaningful experiences that make people feel seen, heard, and appreciated.
- Creative thinker with attention to detail and strong execution- you love to make things happen.
- Super organized, with problem-solving skills and strong multitasking abilities.
- Highly organized, proactive, and attentive to detail.
- People person, with strong communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
- Comfortable with English – both written and spoken.
