Marketing Data Analyst

A fast-growing mobile gaming company is looking for a strong Marketing Data Analyst!

In this role, you will lead the analytics of the company’s marketing department. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decisions, uncover insights, and improve marketing performance at scale. 

This is a new role reporting directly to VP Marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze marketing performance by defining, tracking, and visualizing key success metrics.
• Generate actionable insights by designing advanced BI reports and models (e.g., LTV, ROI forecasting).
• Conduct deep-dive analyses into user acquisition and engagement to uncover growth opportunities.
• Own the A/B testing lifecycle to support data-driven decisions and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with game and analytics teams to refine player experience and maximize retention.
• Influence business strategy by presenting findings and recommendations to leadership.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience as a Marketing or Performance Analyst.
• Full, proven proficiency with SQL, Looker, Google Analytics, and high-level Excel (a technical test will be administered).
• Demonstrated ability to analyze marketing campaigns and influence decision-making.
• Ability to work independently and lead the domain.
• A team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

Significant Advantages:

• Experience with MMP platforms.
• Previous experience from a gaming or B2C mobile company.
