Role Overview

We are looking for a Software Engineer with 2-4 years of experience who can contribute substantially to our AI-driven platform development with minimal supervision. This role is ideal for candidates who have moved beyond entry-level positions and are ready to take ownership of technical components while working closely with our CTO.

You'll join at a critical pre-launch stage where your code directly shapes our core product and architecture. Daily work involves building with cutting-edge AI tools and frameworks that are central to our development process.

Requirements:

• Strong software engineering background CS, CE, EE, or practical experience (from tech units in the IDF or equivalent).
• 2-4 years of software development experience
• Strong Python programming skills and software engineering practices
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with technical leadership
• Interest in AI/ML technologies
• Self-directed learning abilities and proactive problem-solving mindset
• Bonus: Experience with AI frameworks (LangChain, agentic AI systems)
• Bonus: Familiarity with workflow automation tools (n8n or similar)
• Bonus: Experience with AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, etc.)

Responsibilities:

• Independently develop components of our AI-powered applications using modern AI frameworks
• Build and integrate agentic AI systems and workflow automation tools into our platform
• Implement and maintain backend services and APIs with AI-first architecture
• Develop and optimize data processing and integration pipelines leveraging AI tools
• Gain experience with LLM frameworks, AI tools, and cloud deployment.
• Work with LangChain, n8n, and other AI frameworks as core development tools
• Collaborate with the CTO to implement core platform functionality
• Rapidly prototype and iterate using AI-assisted development workflows
