IT Team Leader

We're looking for a Team Leader for the IT Technicians Unit to manage a team providing IT and multimedia support across multiple divisions of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a team of four IT technicians

• Handling service requests while ensuring excellent customer service and interpersonal communication

• Providing hands-on support and guidance for computer and multimedia equipment

• Delivering IT support to various divisions within IAI

Requirements:

• Practical Engineer or Technician certification – an advantage

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience as a computer technician – required

• Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows-based systems – required

• Proven experience solving hardware/software issues – required

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office – required

• Experience with meeting rooms and multimedia systems – required

• Previous managerial experience – an advantage
