Business Analyst

We're looking for a highly motivated and analytical Business Analyst to join our growing Gaming department in Tel Aviv. In this role, you'll be instrumental in driving business growth by leveraging data to identify opportunities and optimize performance within our dynamic gaming vertical.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business results and track KPIs to improve the company's effectiveness and help achieve our business goals.
• Use analytical skills and business judgment to identify and solve business problems.
• Use the company's BI systems to analyze, draw conclusions, and identify potential gaps/opportunities in the company's business flows with strong relationships and work in cooperation with cross-functional teams.
• Cultivate new ideas and discover new opportunities
• Working in collaboration and synchronization with other professionals, such as market analysts and business developers.
• Auditing business practices

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of proven analytical and business work experience, preferably within a web-based or online industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline.
• Expert level of Excel - must.
• Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to work effectively and pleasantly with cross-functional teams. Good English communication skills are required.
• Familiarity with a BI system (Looker, Power BI, Tableau, etc.) - Advantage
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex data and concepts into clear, actionable recommendations.
• A proactive, initiative-taking, and solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong time-management abilities.
• Experience working with SQL - advantage.
