We are looking for an Executive Assistant to the group’s CEO. In this role you will be the CEO’s right hand for all day-to-day activities, from administrative and operational tasks, to strategic business operations. You will be the CEO’s eyes, ears, and problem-solver across the business. The chosen candidate is highly independent, proactive, and discreet, thrives in a fast-paced global environment, and holds a strong sense of business orientation, with the ability to partner closely with senior executives and functions. This position is full-time and located in Tel Aviv.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide full-time support to the CEO, managing priorities, decisions, and day-to-day execution across the business
- Collaborate across teams to ensure CEO-led initiatives move forward effectively and strategically
- Compose, collect and distribute presentations and professional materials on behalf of the CEO
- Participate in professional and business meetings/calls, prepare summaries, track and prioritize tasks, ensuring follow-ups and deadlines
- Own the CEO’s calendar, travel, and logistics to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Assist with planning and executing board meetings, company-wide initiatives, events, and CEO-hosted events
- Serve as a point of contact for senior stakeholders, including executives, board members, and investors
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience from similar roles in large, global Hi-tech companies (300+ employees)
- Service-oriented, solution-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Bachelor’s degree – an advantage
- Provide full-time support to the CEO with daily global operational and business tasks
- Collaborate with multiple interfaces including executives and senior professionals, board of directors, investors and many other senior leaders and cross-functional teams
- Compose, collect, and distribute presentations and professional materials on behalf of the CEO
- Participate in professional and business meetings/calls, prepare summaries, and assure executing of follow-up tasks
- Facilitate and coordinate guests visits and manage the CEOs travel arrangements
- Plan and arrange executive team meetings, board meetings, and CEO-hosted events
- Handle highly confidential information in a discreet and disciplined manner
- Plan and manage the CEO's calendar and agenda
