Join our HR Operations team and be part of a dynamic, people-focused environment!
We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about HR, highly detail-oriented, and eager to support a wide range of HR processes and systems.
What you’ll do:
- Provide day-to-day HR operational support: onboarding, payroll coordination, leave tracking, and more
- Maintain accurate employee data and documentation
- Support HR projects and performance review cycles
- Work closely with managers and employees on various HR requests
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Sciences, or a relevant field (Quantitative degrees welcome)
- High attention to detail and service orientation
- Strong communication skills in English and Hebrew
- Proactive attitude and a team player
- Excel proficiency and project coordination skills – an advantage
