Role Overview

We seek an experienced SEO Specialist (3–6 years) to join our dynamic marketing team and work closely with our Senior SEO Manager. This hands-on role requires deep expertise in technical SEO, on-page SEO, content-driven strategies, and collaboration across departments such as the web development and content teams.

You’ll contribute to improving organic visibility across our core domains, assist in scaling SEO content production, and ensure our technical SEO health is optimized for growth.

Responsibilities

• Keyword Research & Mapping: Identify opportunities and map keyword clusters to content and landing pages.
• Technical SEO: Collaborate with developers to address crawlability, indexing, site speed, structured data, and other performance issues.
• On-Page SEO: Optimize existing pages, implement internal linking strategies, and ensure proper metadata, heading structure, and keyword use.
• Content SEO: Work closely with the content team to brief, review, and optimize SEO-driven blog and landing page content.
• SEO Audits: Conduct regular site audits using tools like Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Search Console.
• Performance Monitoring: Track rankings, traffic, and conversions through Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and SEO platforms.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Act as a key SEO stakeholder in discussions with web, content, design, and product teams.
• Stay Current: To proactively adapt strategies, keep up with algorithm updates, technical innovations, and industry trends.

Requirements

• Experience: 3–6 years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally in tech, SaaS, B2B/B2C, or eCommerce environments.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of technical SEO, including page speed, structured data, crawl budget, JavaScript SEO, and CMS platforms.
• Content Acumen: Experience working with or briefing content teams; knowledge of what makes content rank.
• SEO Tools & Platforms: Proficient in using SEO tools such as SEMRush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and Mixpanel, with the ability to draw actionable insights.
• CMS Experience: Comfortable working in a WordPress environment, including basic plugin management and SEO best practices within the CMS.
• Team Player: Comfortable collaborating across functions and proactively communicating with developers and content creators.
• Detail-Oriented: Able to balance strategy with execution while paying close attention to data and UX signals.
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to derive insights from data and translate them into actions that drive results.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in high-growth startups with fast-paced output
• Familiarity with CRO, UX, and product-led SEO approaches
• Familiarity with OKR structure and Sprint methodology
• Background in localization or international SEO
• Basic HTML/CSS skills
