Business Process & Information Systems Manager

We are looking for a Business Process & Information Systems Manager to join the Customer Service team in the MATAH Division, IAI.

The position includes

• :Responsibility for information systems in customer service – CRM systems and operational dashboards: specification and implementation
• Evaluation and optimization of customer service processes, including improvements and changes in both new and existing system
• User support for customer service information systems – with emphasis on SAP CS module
• Working with systems delivered to international clients

What we’re looking for:

• B.A./B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Logistics, or Information Systems – required
• edAt least 3 years of experience in project management, information systems, organizational processes, planning & control, or operations – required
• Willingness to travel abroad when needed (most support is remote) – required
• Familiarity with customer service information systems – SAP CS module – advantage
• Experience with CRM systems – advantage
• Experience in implementation of information systems projects – advantage
