We're looking for a Cyber Resilience Expert to join our leading team in organizational cyber resilience.

The role involves working with clients in Israel and abroad, leading end-to-end projects, conducting cyber risk assessments, writing tailored Business Continuity (BCP) and Incident Response (IR) plans, and guiding clients through both preparedness and real-time cyber incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cyber risk and crisis management projects.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop tailored BCP / IR plans.
• Prepare organizations for crisis scenarios and lead periodic exercises.
• Support clients during cyber incidents and provide real-time consulting.
• Collaborate with global clients in diverse regulatory environments.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a CISO or senior information security consultant.
• Proven background in risk or crisis management consulting.
• Hands-on experience in BCP, crisis simulations, and disaster recovery planning.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity regulations such as ISO 27001, GDPR, and Israeli privacy regulations.
• Strong independent work capabilities, high performance under pressure, strategic thinking, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent English – written, spoken, and client-facing presentation skills.

Preferred:

• Real-time experience handling major cyber incidents.
• Experience working with financial or regulatory institutions.
