We’re looking for someone smart, curious, and sharp – the kind of person who reads between the lines, connects the dots, and helps senior leaders make better business decisions.
This isn’t a BI role. You’re not here to build dashboards.
You’re here to think, challenge, and guide.
This is the perfect next step for someone with 2–4 years of experience in business, marketing, or product analysis who’s ready to take things up a level. You’ll work directly with the VP of the Customer Division and get a front-row seat to the strategic heart of the business.
What you'll do:
- Ask the right questions. Find the “why” behind the “what.”
- Spot opportunities others miss. Help us do things smarter.
- Translate messy data into simple conclusions – and smart actions.
- Use tools like Excel, GA, BI platforms, and GenAI tools to dig deeper and move faster.
- Be a sparring partner to management, not a data technician.
What we’re looking for:
- 2-4 years of experience in business/marketing/product analysis – ideally in a digital or consumer-facing environment
- A sharp mind and a strong desire to grow – fast
- Strategic thinking, not just number crunching
- Comfortable using analytics tools (Excel, GA, SQL, BI) and AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.)
- A clear communicator who knows how to turn data into direction
