Senior Full-Stack Engineer -REMOTE

We’re building a modern equity-capital platform that brings together real estate-curious investors and vetted real estate sponsors and developers. Through a curated, referral-only network, we enable investors to access high-quality opportunities and sponsors to raise capital faster—without endless calls, meetings, or roadshows.

This is a unique opportunity to join as the first engineer and lay the foundation for the platform, working closely with two non-technical founders. If you’re excited to build from scratch, move fast, and shape the future of real estate investing, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

Own the entire stack: Define the initial architecture (infrastructure, database, CI/CD) and ship the first production-ready MVP.

Build core product features: Develop user authentication, KYC/AML flows, investment dashboards, payment infrastructure, messaging tools, and more.

Make smart build-vs-buy decisions: Evaluate third-party APIs for KYC, payments, and data; integrate or extend where needed to move faster.

Set engineering best practices: Establish clean, secure, and maintainable code from day one, including testing, observability, and data integrity.

Work cross-functionally: Collaborate directly with founders to turn feedback into features, wear multiple hats, and help drive AI-powered workflows.

Proficiency with modern full-stack JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (React, Next.js, Node.js, etc.) and relational/NoSQL databases.

Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure), containers, and automated deployment pipelines.

Proven success in early-stage environments—whether as a founding engineer, startup employee, or indie hacker building MVPs.

A strong product mindset—balancing technical decisions with UX, performance, and real-world outcomes.

Excellent communication skills—comfortable working with non-technical partners and receiving/giving clear feedback.
