Branding and Social Media Team Leader

iFor Fintech is looking for a Branding and social media Team Leader to join our marketing team.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for leading the company’s branding strategy and managing the digital brand assets.
• Lead the company’s branding efforts and manage digital assets across all organic social media platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee content strategy and creation across channels, maintaining a consistent brand voice.
• Data-driven approach - track performance metrics and apply insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure unified messaging across all touchpoints.
• Respond to real-time events and manage online reputation, particularly during times of reputational risk.
• Manage a team and monitor the branding and social media budget effectively.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in similar roles such as brand management, social media, or marketing communications – must.
• 2+ years of proven experience in managing teams – must
• Deep understanding of online reputation management – strong advantage.
• YouTube SEO and YouTube channel management – advantage.
• Full proficiency in major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X/Twitter, etc.).
• Experience with analytics and performance tools (e.g. Google Analytics).
• Strong strategic thinking combined with a creative approach.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or Business – advantage.
