Junior Buyer - Temporary position

What you'll do:

• Manage and lead procurement processes in various fields.
• Conduct negotiations and manage contracts with suppliers in Israel and abroad
• Assist in sourcing and selecting suppliers to meet company needs
• Collaborate closely with project managers and sales teams to support business projects
• Handle procurement requests and orders, including negotiation to reduce costs
• Track orders, process invoices, and ensure cost control
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely order placements
• Maintain accurate records of orders, costs, and vendor information
• Coordinate with internal departments to understand purchasing requirements
  
  

What you should have:

• 1-2 years of experience in procurement and negotiations with suppliers and manufacturers – mandatory
• Familiarity with business processes and relevant procurement fields – significant advantage
• Full proficiency in English – mandatory
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team, with high interpersonal skills and strong motivation
• Availability for full-time onsite work, with readiness for additional hours if necessary
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge with ERP systems (NetSuite -advantage)
  
  

Education:

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree (Economics, Industrial Engineering or similar) – mandatory
