About the Role:
As VP of Sales, you'll be a critical member of the leadership team, responsible for developing and executing our sales strategy, building and managing a high-performing sales team, and achieving ambitious revenue targets. You'll have the opportunity to lead sales for a company providing essential security tools and services to organizations around the world.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's overall business goals.
- Team Leadership: Build, manage, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team.
- Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth through effective sales execution and new customer acquisition.
- Market Expansion: Identify and develop new market opportunities, expanding the company's reach and presence.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
- Sales Operations: Oversee sales operations, including forecasting, reporting, and CRM management.
- Product Collaboration: Work closely with product and marketing teams to ensure alignment on product roadmap and messaging.
- Industry Expertise: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the data protection space.
Qualifications:
- Track record of scaling revenue from ~$5M to $30M+ ARR, ideally in cybersecurity, SaaS or data-intensive markets.
- Experience selling products to both business and technical audiences.
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performance AE and SDR teams.
- Strong command of outbound prospecting strategy and inbound pipeline optimization.
- Experience designing and growing indirect/channel sales programs.
- Comfortable operating in a high-velocity, high-trust startup culture.
- Familiarity with the North American and European enterprise market landscape.
- Fluent in Hebrew & English.
