What You’ll D
- oCreate and execute a sales strategy to bring in new clients
- .Lead the SDR and Sales teams to smash our sales targets
- .Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- .Identify and grow a strong sales pipeline in new and existing markets
- .Manage the whole sales process from start to finish
- .Establish new business relationships and keep current clients happy
- .Work with other teams to maximize sales opportunities
- .Explore new markets and expand our product reach
- .Represent Inabit at conferences and handle sales activities at events
- .Oversee the entire customer journey, from first contact to ongoing support
.What We’re Looking Fo
- r4+ years of experience in sales management at a global high-tech company
- .Experience in a startup environment, particularly with B2B tech products
- .Proven success selling SaaS products
- .Experience with blockchain and decentralized technologies is a plus
- .Experience working with C-level executives
- .Passion for pushing boundaries in a fast-evolving industry
- .A track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets
- .Strong leadership skills to guide and inspire a growing team
- .Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- .Willingness to travel as needed
- .Native-level fluency in English
