IT Manager

We're looking for a highly experienced and versatile IT Manager to be our one-person IT powerhouse at a fast-paced global SaaS startup. You'll own everything IT, from keeping our users happy to ensuring our critical infrastructure runs smoothly. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys tackling a wide range of challenges independently.

Responsibilities

You'll be solely responsible for all IT operations, encompassing both user-facing support and back-end system management:

• End-User & Hardware Support:
• Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for Windows, Linux, and macOS devices, troubleshooting performance, connectivity, and software issues.
• Manage all user accounts, including password resets, account lockouts, and 2FA setup.
• Oversee hardware setup and maintenance for workstations, monitors, TVs, conferencing systems, and peripherals.
• Execute comprehensive and secure onboarding and offboarding processes for all employees, covering both hardware and SaaS platform access.
• Systems & Infrastructure Management:
• Configure, manage, and optimize our core IT platforms and applications, including but not limited to Google Workspace, Slack, ClickUp, JumpCloud, CrowdStrike Falcon, GitHub, and AWS.
• Manage our local office IT infrastructure, covering firewalls, VPNs, Wi-Fi systems, and managed switches, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security.
• Lead all IT procurement efforts for hardware, software licenses, and services, managing vendors and tracking renewals.
• Continuously improve IT processes (e.g., access control, change management) and drive company-wide security awareness initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior System Administrator or Team Lead, ideally in a lean or "one-person show" IT environment.
• Must have extensive hands-on experience working with both macOS and Windows environments.
• Significant advantage with AWS experience.
• Required familiarity with Firewall systems configuration and management.
• A highly service-oriented, proactive, and independent individual with a strong "big picture" strategic mindset and excellent problem-solving skills.
