We’re seeking a proactive and sharp Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Global HR team and help us scale smart, fast, and with purpose.

We are seeing this position as a true partner to the business, working globally across multiple functions including Sales, Operations, R&D, and Engineering.

In this role, you’ll own the end-to-end hiring process, collaborate with hiring managers across geographies, and use your sourcing skills to bring in the best talent out there – especially across Europe.

• Manage full-cycle global recruitment processes — from JD to offer
• Build and execute strategic sourcing plans using job boards, LinkedIn, networks, and creative channels
• Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs and craft compelling job descriptions
• Screen and assess candidates for experience, skills, cultural fit, and personality
• Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring steps with department leaders
• Build a strong pipeline of talent for future roles
• Own and elevate the candidate experience throughout
• Stay up to date on TA trends and bring fresh ideas to the table

• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition – with a strong focus on global sourcing (especially Europe)
• Proven ability to recruit for diverse functions: Sales, R&D, Engineering, Operations
• Deep sourcing expertise and comfort with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search, and more
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related fields
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tech tools
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment
