We're Hiring: Ocean Import Coordinator (Full-Time)
📍 Location: Haifa
EasyConsol, a growing and dynamic freight forwarding company, is looking for a passionate and dedicated team player to join our Import Operations team!
What You'll Be Doing:
- End-to-end management of ocean import shipments
- Preparing rate quotes and pricing shipments
- Opening and handling shipment files in the Unifreight system
- Coordinating with shipping lines and tracking cargo status
- Maintaining ongoing communication with customers
- Working with international agents
Requirements:
✓ Previous experience in ocean freight forwarding – a must
✓ High-level English – both spoken and written
✓ Experience with UniFreight system – a strong advantage
✓ Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
✓ Strong attention to detail, responsibility, and excellent interpersonal skills
