Role Overview

As Aquafinitis's CEO, you will be responsible for refining the company's strategic direction, driving fundraising efforts, forming key partnerships, and scaling operations. You will work closely with the founding team, investors, and stakeholders to position Aquafinitis as a global leader in sustainable food production.

Key Responsibilities

• Fundraising from investors, VCs, grants, etc.
• Develop and execute a scalable growth strategy for Aquafinitis.
• Foster relationships with industry leaders, policymakers, and strategic partners.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and risk management.
• Team up with the founders to drive innovation and operational excellence.
• Co-represent the company at conferences, media events, and investor meetings.
• Ensure the company remains at the forefront of agri-tech and sustainability trends.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CEO or executive leader in a high-growth startup or relevant industry.
• Strong fundraising experience with investors, venture capital, and grant funding.
• Background in agri-tech, cleantech, food production, or sustainability is a major advantage.
• Track record of scaling operations, driving revenue, and leading teams.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Passion for sustainability, innovation, and global food security.
