Comblack is hiring an Internal IT Support Technician!

We're looking for a skilled and service-oriented IT Support Technician to join a professional team in a fast-paced, high-tech environment. The role involves internal user support and real-time troubleshooting across a wide range of systems and technologies.

Shift-based work schedule.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience as a PC Technician or Help Desk Support, with full proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft Office, hardware troubleshooting, installations, and upgrades
• Familiarity with Active Directory, VPN connections, basic networking, conference room equipment, multimedia systems, and user training – a significant advantage
• Experience with ticketing systems, Exchange servers, VDI environments, or military service as a Network Administrator – an advantage
• Strong self-learning ability, excellent interpersonal skills, team player, and the ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple tasks
