Operations Manager (Student Position, 2 Days/Week)

Genda is building the next generation of construction field management. With our app, field managers can instantly see who’s on site, where they are, and what they’re working on — all in real-time. As a growing ConTech startup, we’re looking for a hands-on, sharp, and proactive Operations Manager to join us and help run the show behind the scenes.

This is a student position (2 days per week) – perfect for someone who wants real-world operational experience at a fast-paced startup, while still studying.

• Manage HR processes: hiring, onboarding, and offboarding
• Oversee payroll and compensation processes to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Maintain and improve internal tools and systems
• Help with legal, IT, and finance-related coordination
• Lead and execute operational initiatives to improve workflow and internal standards
• Support cross-functional teams with day-to-day tasks as needed

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail – must
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) – required
• Ability to manage tasks independently and prioritize effectively
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; strong team player
• Fast learner with a proactive, can-do attitude
• Previous experience in admin/ops roles – an advantage

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master’s program in Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Law, or a related field
• At least 1 year remaining in your studies
• Availability for 2 full working days per week (flexibility during exams)
