Customer Service Logistics Manager

📍 Position in Petah Tikva — Customer Service + Logistics

Our laboratory for repair and production of electronic devices is expanding its team!

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator (שירות לקוחות + מחסן) to join our growing company.

📞 Main Responsibilities:

– Handling incoming phone calls and in-person customer interactions

– Consulting customers on repair process and device status

– Registering service requests and maintaining customer database

– Guiding customers through the entire repair process

– Managing incoming and outgoing orders from the warehouse for all company departments

– Managing physical and computerized warehouse inventory, performing quality control checks (ביקורת קבלה)

– Preparing and processing all relevant documents: invoices (חשבוניות), delivery notes (תעודות משלוח), and related paperwork

🛠️ Requirements:

– Fluent Hebrew — required (spoken and reading, for working with documents and system)

– Experience in customer service (שירות לקוחות) — an advantage

– Experience in or willingness to learn warehouse/logistics operations

– Good computer skills (Office applications)

– Excellent communication skills

– High level of responsibility, accuracy, and ability to work in a team

– Israeli citizenship (this position is open only to Israeli citizens)
