Herzog is seeking a passionate and experienced HRBP to join our dynamic team and make a real impact across the organization.

What You’ll Do:

• Leading end-to-end recruitment processes, including conducting interviews
• Execute cross-organizational HR initiatives
• Advise managers on employee retention, development, and day-to-day HR matters
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Support employee relations and labor law matters throughout the employee lifecycle
• Analyze HR data and generate reports

Who You Are:

• B.A. in a relevant field from a top educational institution (M.A. – advantage)
• 3+ years of experience in HR or recruitment in a mid- to large sized company
• Demonstrable ability to advise mid- to senior-level managers
• Strong English skills
• Proactive and strategic team player with a pro-business orientation.
