About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst with proven experience in the mutual funds industry to strengthen our data infrastructure and support critical business operations. This role is central to improving data processes, enhancing reporting capabilities, and delivering actionable insights that directly impact fund management and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze large datasets and provide meaningful insights.
• Build automated tools and reports using Excel and VBA.
• Write and manage SQL queries to support business needs.
• Create dashboards and visualizations in Power BI.
• Work closely with investment and operational teams to optimize data-driven decisions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience working with mutual funds or in a financial institution with a focus on fund operations or data analytics – required.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, nested formulas, and dynamic dashboards – mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with VBA for automation – mandatory.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and database structures, with the ability to write complex queries.
• Experience building reports and dashboards in Power BI or similar BI tools.
